The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

Creating Bharat reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Creating Bharat also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

In case of any damage or the customer doesn’t like the products, kindly inform within 3 days of receiving delivery otherwise your complaint will not be taken into consideration and customers will also have to send pictures of the damaged product as proof via Email or WhatsApp (goonmala2021@gmail.com / creatingbharat@gmail.com

The buyer is responsible for arranging the returns of items in their original form with no damages or visible usage signs, when possible in their original packaging. (Partial returns or selected items return is possible with return charges)

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 03 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase (In case of COD order, Bank account details are to be provided and transfer will be reflected within 07 working days). For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 03 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
